Virgin Media is to sign its one millionth TiVo customer later this week the operator said it ended June with a total of 938,800 TiVo customers having added 261,700 during the quarter and would reach the one million landmark this week. A quarter of all Virgin Media TV customer’s base now take TiVo, and the success of its next generation platform is driving the overall number of pay TV customers, which increased by 37,800 in the quarter to 3,767,700.
