Managed Events
Mixing Digital offers a managed events service for companies within the sector. Utilising our industry knowledge, contacts and skill, we produce highly successful client summits, launch parties, seminars, dinners, awards and workshops. If you are interested in us quoting for an event please email davina@mixingdigital.com with your basic event brief. Remember our management fee is offset by the discounts and commissions we receive so you don’t pay any extra for our event management services!

Includes event name, date, Organiser, url for registration
Featured Event Package – £500
Includes event name, date, long description, url for registration, contacts

Speaker Booking Service
Premium Speaker Booking Service – £300 per month on an annual contract including speaker training
We will work with you to profile your speakers and identify key events and audiences to target. We guarantee a minimum of 6 speaker placements per annum. The service is available on a retainer basis of £300 per month for an annual contract. Our premium booking service also includes speaker training for up to two candidates and monthly presenting tips from our presentation trainer.
Deliverables include:
- Up to 6 speaker bookings over a 12 month period (we can also look at paid placements and can help to reduce the cost)
- Speaker profile on the Mixing Digital website
- Free upgrade in the Company profiling pages of the Mixing digital website
- Speaker profile highlighted in the weekly newsletter once per quarter
- Weekly emails and phone calls to event organisers showcasing your speakers
- Speaker training for up to two guests and follow-up tips
Online Speaker Profile Only £250.00 per year
We also offer a speaker profiling service showcasing your speakers on the Mixing Digital Website for a twelve month period. Each profile will contain company contact details, company description and speaker biographies. The cost per profile is £250 per annum and you can include your top three speakers to be profiled.

Ghostwriting
Mixing Digital offers a ghostwriting service for key directors who wish to be profiled in the press with opinion pieces. We will send in a professional writer to interview them for the piece, research the topic further, write an article and submit for approval and redrafting. Our team will then sell the article in to the trade press for publication or for regular articles gain a regular columnist position. This service costs £350 per article.
White Papers
White Papers are a little more involved but the process is the same – our professional writer will interview relevant people within the business, research the topic further, write the paper and then submit for approval and redrafting at a cost of £550.
Editorial Event
Mixing Digital can send a professional writer to cover your event and write an event report that can then be published on your website, Mixing Digital’s website and elsewhere ensuring that you are maximising all the pr opportunities available to you. This service costs £350 per article
