Speaking of Instagram, it seems that the battle for the greatest photo sharing app is far from over. Snapping up on Instagram’s heels are Cinemagram and Snapchat, both of which have a key point of difference.
Cinemagram is for the internet-lovers out there, allowing users to create partially animated images. While it has been around for a while, Cinemagram is enjoying a recent surge in popularity thanks to a few bug fixes to ease userability.
Snapchat, however, is for the slightly dirtier minded. This photo-sharing app allows user to send photos to their friends that are then deleted 10 seconds later. It also prevents the receiver of the photo to take a screenshot of the photo.
While Snapshot may claim the app is not intended for sending dirty images to another person without the fear the photo will end up online, it does beg the question: what else would you be using it for?
