While most of the features are free, the social networking site also hosts many additional tools for a price. But is a LinkedIn Premium account worth the money? This really depends on how you use it. LinkedIn has more than 160 million members and for recruiters or those in sales, LinkedIn Premium’s access to potential clients is a must and an easy way to boost their contact and target lists. It’s also a great way to boost your profile in a specific sector and put your point of view to a greater number of followers. A subscription to Premium allows the user to see more results per search – 300 for Premium Business, 500 for Business Plus, compared with 100 for free LinkedIn users. Premium memberships are for people who need to find people outside their initial network. But it is not something that you could resource internally for free.
