Google+ is now offering custom URLs to profiles and pages, similar to the vanity URLs provided by Facebook and Twitter. The internet giant intends to integrate Google+ into Google becoming simply the “social spine” for all of its services and products. Some celebrities such as David Beckham and pop singer Britney Spears have already received the custom URLs, as have brands like Toyota, Belta and Hugo Boss, according to Google. It is believed that the custom URLs will make it easier to find profiles on Google+. Such profiles are used to share passions with the millions of people who come to Google each day. The major chance in the URL structure is that the “http://plus.” Has disappeared, making way for “http://google.com/+NAME!”
